By using Util Studios apps, including Wind Down, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or services.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Some apps may require a subscription after onboarding. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are managed in your Apple or Google account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
Service updates
We may update features, pricing, or availability as we learn from the community. Material changes will be communicated inside the app or on this site.
Acceptable use
Please use our apps responsibly and do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
